Staff Co Direct is recruiting HGV Class 1 (C+E) Drivers for ongoing trunking work based in Rugby. This is a fantastic opportunity offering consistent long‑term work, immediate starts, and competitive PAYE rates within a well‑organised 5‑day operation.

Drivers will benefit from a straightforward depot‑to‑depot trunking role with regular Monday to Friday block bookings and consistent start times.

• £21.29ph including holiday pay

You will complete depot‑to‑depot trunking work with no store deliveries or multi‑drop involved.

Start times are between 17:00 and 23:59
, with Monday to Friday block bookings available every week
.

The operation runs 5 days per week
, with shifts averaging 10–12 hours and 8 hours guaranteed per shift
. Immediate starts are available with ongoing weekly bookings.

• Holds a valid UK HGV Class 1 (C+E) licence held for at least 1 year
• Has a valid CPC and Digital Tachograph card
• Has no more than 6 penalty points (no DD, IN, or DR offences)
• Has excellent knowledge of the UK road network
