Solvit Recruitment are currently looking for 1 x HGV C1 7.5t Driver. Induction Thursday 2nd July Solvit Recruitment are recruiting for a local authority for 1 x C1 Driver to assist with the introduction of Food Waste Collection Service. his role will involve delivering food caddies to residents in a timely manner, you will have a drivers mate with you.

Every house will be provided with free food waste caddies including a compact 7-litre indoor caddy designed for use inside the home and a larger 23-litre outdoor caddy for transferring waste. We will require you to apply with an updated CV for this position. Hours of work. Monday to Friday 06:00 – 14:00. Friday you may have an earlier finish.

Pay £15.06 excluding holiday pay Or £16.88 with rolled up holiday pay included. Benefits. Good working hours. Weekly pay. Secure onsite parking. Pension. Requirements. Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle. Understand Health & Safety. Comply with all Site Safety Instructions relating to all landfill sites, waste transfer stations and recycling merchant sites. Follow all traffic laws and regulations.

Excellent communication oral and written. Complete necessary paperwork and maintain accurate records of deliveries. HGV 7.5t (c1) experience. No DR, DD, TT, IN and not served any bans in the last 5 years.
