Zoom Recruitment is currently recruiting experienced HGV Class 1 Drivers to join a leading UK manufacturer based in Rugby. This is an ongoing, full-time contract offering stable work, excellent rates of pay, and a fully paid two-week training programme before you start.

You'll be completing bulk trunking deliveries of construction materials, ensuring all deliveries are completed safely, professionally and in line with company procedures.

Key Responsibilities

* Carry out bulk trunk runs using Class 1 vehicles.

* Complete daily vehicle checks and defect reporting.

* Ensure compliance with Driver Hours, Working Time Directive and Tachograph legislation.

* Follow all Health & Safety procedures, including the correct use of PPE.

* Maintain a professional approach when representing the business.

What You'll Need

* Valid Class 1 (C+E) licence

* Current Driver CPC

* Valid Digital Tachograph Card

* Previous Class 1 driving experience

* Good understanding of driver legislation and road safety
