Shift Times: 6:00pm - 4:00am
Training: In-house FLT training available

We're recruiting for a Forklift Driver (Counterbalance) & Pallet Truck Operator to join a busy logistics operation in Rugby. This is a fantastic opportunity to secure full-time, ongoing work with excellent rates of pay and training provided.

Key Responsibilities

Operate Counterbalance Forklifts and Pallet Trucks safely and efficiently
Load and unload vehicles
Move, stack and organise stock within the warehouse
Follow all health and safety procedures
Complete relevant documentation accurately

What We're Looking For

Counterbalance FLT licence or willingness to complete in-house training
Pallet Truck experience (manual or powered)
Previous warehouse or logistics experience
Strong attention to detail and safety
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Reliable with excellent timekeeping
