HGV Class 2 Driver - ONGOING WORK – IMMEDIATE START AVAILABLE – TEMP TO PERM OPPORTUNITY – NO WEEKENDS People Solutions are currently recruiting for a HGV Class 2 Driver to join our well-established client based in Rugby, Warwickshire . This is a fantastic opportunity offering excellent rates of pay, ongoing work, and genuine opportunities for growth and progression. This position is ideal for applicants looking for a role as a LGV Class 2 Driver , Category C Driver or Truck Driver .

Shifts:

• Monday to Friday
• Start times: 07:00 Rates of Pay: £16.00 per hour – Monday to Friday basic £24.00 per hour – Overtime after 9 hours Benefits:

• Employee well-being programme Day-to-Day Duties As an HGV Class 2 Driver , your duties will include (but are not limited to):
• Class 2 Multi-drop deliveries of Flooring & Flooring Products.
• Operating and driving Class 2 vehicles safely and efficiently
• Adhering to UK traffic laws and regulations
• Communicating effectively with dispatch and customers
• Reporting any vehicle defects or maintenance requirements
• Ensuring all loads are safe and secure Essential Skills To be successful as an HGV Class 2 Driver , you will need:
Valid UK Category C / Class 2 driving licence Minimum 12 months' Class 2 driving experience No more than six penalty points for minor offences Valid UK Driver CPC Card and Digital Tachograph Card

Desirable Experience
• Previous experience driving commercial vehicles Training Provided
