Ideal Recruit is looking for Class 2 (Cat

C) HGV Drivers to join a well-established logistics operation in Rugby.

With day and night shifts available, this role offers steady, long-term work completing deliveries and collections between depots and distribution centres.

Pay Rates (PAYE, Holiday Pay Included):

Monday–Friday

Day (06:00–13:59): £17.38 p/h

Afternoon (14:00–21:59): £19.18 p/h

Night (22:00–05:59): £19.73 p/h

Saturday

Day (06:00–13:59): £18.79 p/h

Afternoon (14:00–21:59): £21.69 p/h

Night (22:00–05:59): £21.91 p/h

Sunday

Day (06:00–13:59): £21.91 p/h

Afternoon (14:00–21:59): £22.69 p/h

Night (22:00–05:59): £23.13 p/h

Your Responsibilities:

Carrying out Class 2 deliveries and collections between depots and distribution centres

Completing daily vehicle checks and reporting any defects

Keeping delivery paperwork accurate and up to date

Following drivers’ hours rules and site safety procedures

What You’ll Need:

Full UK Class 2 (Cat

C) HGV licence
Valid Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph Card
No more than 6 penalty points (minor endorsements only)
A reliable, professional approach and a positive attitude.
