DCG Logistics UK LTD is an international freight forwarding company with offices and warehouses in China, Vietnam, Germany, Netherlands and the UK . We have a global network that enable use to manage our shipments domestically and internationally. With the expansion of our business, we are looking for a dynamic and motivated Junior Warehouse Administrator to join our new Rugby Warehouse Team.
Key Responsibilities- To process tasks and activities in an efficient way regarding all shipments in forms of pallets, trucks, and parcel within the Warehouse Department.
- Monitoring warehouse daily operations and report to responsible person if job can’t meet deadlines or meet service levels.
- To prepare and print documents regarding all inbound and outbound jobs, including labelling jobs, and returns, based on WMS system, email or live chats. Always create picking tasks in a timely manner and coordinate with warehouse operatives.
- Working with the Team Leader, stock will need to be segregated and jobs assigned to ensure that all outbound stock flows are carried out as efficiently as possible.
- Liaising with E-commerce department, customer service department and other departments in the daily management to update status of shipments and orders.
- To support review systems and processes (including WMS and physical flow of outrounding goods) with the aim of improving warehouse processes and systems.
UK time, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM

Requirements- Previous warehouse / fulfilment centers experience (desirable).
- High school level of education
- Good knowledge of warehouse/transport procedures.
- Good communication skills to all levels and customer service.
- Full driving license to workplace is desirable.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office (MS Word and MS Excel) and databases.
- Fluent in both English and Chinese, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Ability to work well under pressure and to meet deadlines.
- Good problem solving and organizational skills.
