Omnia Resourcing is recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Warehouse Team Leader to join their brand-new distribution centre in Rugby. This role leads a team of warehouse operatives, allocates workloads and drives daily performance on a busy shift.
You will ensure safety, accuracy and housekeeping standards, while supporting training and development and collaborating with management to improve processes. Permanent contract from day one.
