omnia resourcing is recruiting on behalf of our client for a warehouse maintenance operative to join a brand-new warehouse operation in rugby.

key responsibilities:

• carry out general maintenance and repairs across the warehouse and site.
• complete routine inspections of equipment, facilities, and building areas.
• respond promptly to maintenance requests and site issues.
• support planned preventative maintenance activities.
• ensure all maintenance work is completed safely and in line with health and safety procedures.
• maintain a clean, safe, and well-organised working environment.
• support the successful launch and ongoing operation of the new warehouse.

about you:

• previous experience in a maintenance role within a warehouse, industrial, manufacturing, or facilities environment.
• strong practical skills in general maintenance and repairs.
• a proactive approach with good problem-solving skills.
• able to work independently and manage priorities effectively.
• flexible attitude to meet the needs of the business.
• strong commitment to health and safety standards.
