At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Warehouse Operative Nights to work with a leading logistics company in Rugby. This is a great opportunity to work within a busy warehouse environment and become part of a supportive and well-established team.

• 4 on, 4 off - 7am-7pm - 12 hours per shift

• 14.50 GBP hourly

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Willingness to learn and develop new skills
• Flexibility to work across all warehouse chambers, including freezer environments after training
• Good attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Ability to meet productivity and performance targets
• Reliable with good attendance and timekeeping
• Previous warehouse experience is beneficial but not essential

• Work in a chilled warehouse environment (approximately 4°C)
• Follow all Health & Safety procedures at all times
• Adhere to strict site hygiene and food safety policies
• Meet productivity and performance targets
• Work as part of a professional and successful warehouse team

• Full site briefing and training provided before starting
