The Air Ambulance Service is seeking a Warehouse and Workflow Team Leader in Rugby to manage daily hub operations, including receipt, sorting, storage and distribution of donated goods. You will coordinate transport across shops and donation points and lead staff, volunteers and drivers to maximise income while maintaining high safety standards.
The role requires experienced leadership in warehouse or logistics, strong planning skills and a commitment to our lifesaving mission.
