Shift Pattern: 5 days from 7
Shift: 22:00 - 06:00

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a new warehouse operation from the very beginning, helping to shape a successful team and build strong working practices.

Key Responsibilities as Warehouse Team Leader:
- Lead and support the warehouse team during the night shift
- Allocate tasks and monitor team performance
- Ensure targets and deadlines are met
- Maintain high standards of health and safety
- Support the smooth running of warehouse operations
- Assist with training and onboarding of team members
- Report any issues or concerns to management
- Ensure the warehouse is kept clean, organised and safe
