Duties:

Greeting customers and identifying their vehicle service needs
Explaining repair work and service plans in detail
Generating estimates and securing authorisation for work
Maintaining reports and ensuring effective communication with workshop teams
Ensuring customer satisfaction through high-quality service delivery
Managing vehicle bookings and coordinating follow-up appointments

Requirements:

Previous experience in a busy dealership environment
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong organisational abilities with a keen eye for detail
Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage multiple tasks
Knowledge of automotive systems and workshop processes is preferred
