Available on our management agreement, Just Add Talent, the Cabin received a full refurbishment late 2023, transforming it into a drinks‑led, market town pub. Inside, the pub was decorated throughout.

The Cabin is located in the centre of the popular town of Rugeley. The pub itself is situated in the pedestrianised zone of the town, just outside the entrance to Rugeley market hall, which opens four out of seven days a week. There are 12,000 adults living within walking distance of the pub, as well as the ample number of visitors coming to the town from neighbouring villages, particularly at the weekends.

We’re looking to attract a new operator to build a reputation as one of the best places to meet friends, family or colleagues for a drink. The quality of the surroundings, new décor, a welcome range of drinks and 41 covers will make this pub stand out over the competition. All we’re looking for is the right operator who understands the dynamics of a town centre pub.

The venue is designed to appeal to a wide range of customers, from locals and regulars to tourists, visitors, and people looking for somewhere lively late into the night. It’s also a natural spot for sports fans, offering a reliable place to watch live matches throughout the week.

The offer focuses on quality and consistency: a strong selection of premium lagers, popular ales, and well‑made cocktails, supported by full access to live sport through BT Sport and Sky Sports. Entertainment is built into the weekly routine, with live music, pub games teams, and other regular events that give customers clear reasons to return.
