Arrowhead Regional Medical Center in Colton, CA is seeking a Unit Manager for the Medical Surgical unit. This full-time RN leadership role oversees day-to-day operations, staffing, budgets, and evaluations to ensure high-quality patient care.
The ideal candidate holds California RN licensure, a BSN, at least three years of RN experience with MSU exposure, and supervisory or lead nurse experience. ACLS, BLS, and rhythm knowledge preferred.
