We're a growing UK SME with a global supply chain, looking for an experienced Import / Export Logistics Coordinator to take ownership of international shipments and keep goods moving smoothly.

What you'll do

Coordinate inbound and outbound international shipments (sea & air)
Prepare and check shipping documentation (commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading)
Ensure compliance with Incoterms, duties, tariffs, and commodity codes
Work closely with freight forwarders, overseas suppliers, and internal teams
Act as the main point of contact for logistics and delivery queries

What we're looking for

3+ years' experience in an Import / Export or Logistics role
Strong knowledge of international shipping and compliance
Confident working with international suppliers and customers

Experience with ERP systems (SAGE desirable) and Excel
Detail-focused, proactive, and comfortable in a growing SME
