Salary : 40000 per annum

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a market leading independent estate agency as a Personal Assistant / Executive Assistant based in Ruislip.

From managing invoices to advising on systems and processes youll play a key role in keeping the business running smoothly and improving how it runs every day.

The role is based in Ruislip HA4 and preferential consideration will be given to candidates who have previous experience in high street estate and lettings agency and who have worked as a PA.

What Youll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities)
  • Prepare and process invoices for payment in coordination with the finance team
  • Manage supplier relationships monitoring performance and recommending adjustments as needed
  • Assist with internal operations and contribute to the smooth running of daily business activities
  • Maintain an efficient office environment by ensuring systems and workflows support team performance
  • Approve commission payouts by verifying claims and ensuring all compliance requirements are met
  • Handle ad hoc projects such as reviewing terms of business or refining processes for gathering reviews
