Our client is a main building contractor based near London, specialising in luxury residential refurbishment, commercial office fit-outs, and new-build construction. Due to continued growth, they are looking to recruit a Document Controller to join their team.
This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a well-established contractor delivering high-quality projects, where you'll play a key role in ensuring all project documentation is accurate, organised and up to date.

The Role
 
Manage all project documentation, drawings and technical information.
Upload, issue and track document revisions using document management systems.
Maintain drawing registers and document control logs.
Ensure site teams, consultants and subcontractors have access to the latest project information.
Liaise with project managers, design teams and subcontractors to ensure documentation is accurate and up to date.
Maintain project records in line with company procedures.  Requirements
 
Previous experience as a Document Controller within the construction industry.
Experience using Procore or 4

Projects is highly desirable.
Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and document management systems.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
