Syncoms is seeking a dedicated customer service representative to be the face of our brand for Printerinks customers. You will answer calls, emails, and live chats, ensuring high-quality service and building customer relationships.
The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of customer service and call centre experience, possesses excellent communication skills, and is able to work under pressure while keeping a flexible attitude. Qualifications include 5 GCSE/O Level passes, including English and Maths.
