Position

SRP Teaching Assistants (Special Resource Provision)

Contract type: Permanent

Work pattern: 32.5 hours per week, Term time only + 5 training days (39 weeks)

Hours of work: Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 3:30pm

Salary: Scale 3, £22,929 – £23,256 per annum (dependent upon experience)

Start date: September 2026

About the role

We are looking to appoint committed, energetic, and enthusiastic people to join our team of teaching assistants within the Special Resource Provision and work with our exceptionally inquisitive children.

The post involves working as part of the Inclusion Team to provide support across the SRP for pupils with SEND, particularly Autism. There will also be occasions when the post holder will work under the direction of a class teacher to support and deliver quality‑first teaching.
