Finance Assistant

You will need to demonstrate that you are keen to learn, enthusiastic, independent, and forward-thinking in your approach to finance and administration. Strong problem-solving skills and self-motivation ready to excel in a fast-paced business in the renewables sector.

• Accounts payable.
• Approving and processing expenses.
• Processing pre-paid card expenses.
• Purchase order creation.
• Supporting the Finance team and the business in day-to-day queries.

• Highly organised, agile worker with ability to multitask and prioritise.
• Strong time management skills, ensuring work deadlines are met.
• Independent person who can also work as part of a friendly, flexible, dynamic team.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong IT Skills and sound understanding of Excel.

• Previous experience in this type of work.
• Experience with Xero.
• Recognised accountancy qualification.
