Healthcare Assistant – PEG Visits

Position: Healthcare Assistant – 1 Hour PEG Visits
Location: Northwood

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Healthcare Assistant to support a client requiring PEG care within their home in Harrow (HA6 area).

This is a short-visit package ideal for carers looking to top up existing hours.

Clinical Requirements

* PEG feeding

* Use of Abbott feeding pump

* Basic observation and monitoring

* Safe manual handling (profiling bed)

Candidates must be confident setting up and managing PEG feeds independently.

Shift Pattern

Weekdays:

* 06:45 – 07:45

* 19:00 – 20:00

Weekends:

* 08:00 – 09:00

* 19:00 – 20:00

Consistent daily visits available.

Requirements

* Previous PEG experience essential

* Minimum 6–12 months care experience

* Reliable and punctual

* Able to work short, time-specific visits

* Professional and confident working independently

This role is ideal for an experienced HCA seeking regular short visits alongside other commitments.
