I'm working with an established organisation looking for a Business Applications Manager to take full ownership of its Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform and help shape the future of its business applications.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys combining functional D365 expertise, product ownership and genuine stakeholder engagement.
We're not looking for a developer or someone who simply manages tickets. We need someone who can take ownership, drive improvements and, most importantly, bring people along on the journey.
The Role:- Take full ownership of Dynamics 365 Sales and Customer Service, managing the product roadmap, enhancements and ongoing development.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand challenges, gather requirements and deliver meaningful improvements.
- Drive user adoption, helping operational teams understand the value of new functionality and ways of working.
- Manage and optimise the wider applications portfolio, including Power Pages and Customer Voice.
- Support the future introduction of Dynamics 365 Business Central.
- Work with external technology partners to deliver system enhancements and integrations.
- Identify opportunities for automation, process improvement and better customer experiences.
- At least 2 years' experience owning business applications, ideally including Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Strong functional knowledge of D365
- Experience managing product roadmaps, requirements and system improvements.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- A proactive, personable individual who can build relationships, influence users and champion change.
- Someone comfortable taking ownership and working across both business and technology teams.
- The person is just as important as the technical skills.
