Marketing Manager – Construction Industry
Full-Time | Office-Based
Salary: £28,000–£35,000 (DOE)

I am working on behalf of a leading construction group to recruit a proactive, creative, and driven Marketing Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity to take full ownership of the marketing function and shape the company’s brand presence, campaigns, and growth strategy.
The role is ideal for someone with strong marketing expertise and the confidence to work autonomously, whether you are an experienced Marketing Manager or stepping up into your next challenge. Knowledge of the construction sector is highly advantageous.
Role Overview
The Marketing Manager will lead all marketing activity across multiple construction businesses, supporting brand development, business growth, and lead generation. You will be responsible for creating, executing, and managing strategic marketing plans while working closely with senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Planning
* Develop and implement effective marketing strategies aligned with company objectives.
* Produce annual and quarterly marketing plans.
* Analyse market trends, customer behaviour, and competitor activity to identify opportunities.
* Manage marketing budgets and monitor ROI.
Campaign Creation & Management
* Plan, launch, and optimise multi-channel campaigns across digital, print, and events.
* Manage promotions for new projects, services, and company milestones.
* Collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers to deliver campaign assets.
Digital Marketing
* Oversee website content and ensure SEO best practice.
* Manage social media platforms with consistent and engaging content.
* Create email campaigns and newsletters.
* Monitor analytics to drive improvements in traffic, engagement, and conversion.
Skills & Experience
Essential
* Degree in Marketing or a related field.
* Strong working knowledge of both digital and traditional marketing.
* Excellent communication skills across all levels.
* Ability to work independently and manage the full marketing function.
* Proficiency with digital tools, social media platforms, and analytics.
* Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
* Full UK driving licence.
Desirable
* Previous experience as a Marketing Manager or similar.
* Experience with in construction or property.
* Knowledge of B2B marketing, trade networks, and industry events.
* Understanding of SEO, PPC, Google Analytics, and CRM systems
