Sales Negotiator

Salary - £25,000-£30,000 depending on experience - OTE £40,000 - £50,000

Working Hours - Monday-Friday 9am-6pm, Every Other Saturday 9am-3pm

Our client, an independent estate agency established in 2008, is seeking an experienced Sales Negotiator to join their successful team based in Ruislip.

• Register and manage buyers
• Conduct viewings
• Negotiate offers & agree sales
• Manage sales from offer to completion
• Build strong relationships with buyers, sellers, solicitors & broker

• Experienced in estate agency sales
• Confident, driven and commercially sharp
• Great on the phone & face-to-face
• Organised, proactive and target focused
• Ambitious and hungry for progression
