An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Commercial Account Executive to join a well-established and growing insurance business based in Ruislip.

This role is ideal for a commercially driven insurance professional who enjoys building strong client relationships, winning new business, and delivering tailored insurance solutions to a diverse portfolio of commercial clients.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing commercial clients
Identify and win new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and relationship building
Manage a portfolio of B2B clients across a range of industries
Understand client requirements and provide consultative insurance solutions
Work closely with internal teams to ensure excellent customer outcomes
Generate and convert leads while supporting wider branch growth objectives
Deliver exceptional client service and retention strategies
About You

Previous experience within Commercial Insurance is essential
Experience as a Commercial Account Executive, Account Handler, Broker, or similar insurance role
Strong new business development and relationship management skills
Confident communicating with clients at all levels
Commercially aware, proactive, and target driven
Passionate about delivering excellent customer service
Ability to build long-term client partnerships
