Our busy Honda dealership in Ruislip is looking to add a Sales Executive to our team.

Compensation – Basic salary of £22,500 p.a. plus an uncapped bonus scheme (top performers earning over £65,000 p.a.).

Role Responsibility – Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will ensure every customer experiences a consistent 360‑degree sales approach, optimising dealership profitability while maintaining excellent customer relations. You will manage the sales process from initial welcome through negotiation and close, delivering superior customer service across showroom, telephone and online channels, and recommending appropriate additional products.

The Ideal Candidate

• Sales experience in automotive or a high‑value sales environment.
• Proven delivery of first‑class customer service.
• Drive to exceed targets.
• Influencing and negotiation skills to identify and close sales.
• Full UK driving licence.
