Insurance Advisor

We are actively looking for an Insurance Advisor to join our Howden Consumer & Local Commercial team. This is a great opportunity to start a career in insurance with full on‑site training and the chance to gain industry‑recognised qualifications.

• Talk to clients, listen closely and build strong relationships.
• Understand each client’s requirements and craft tailor‑made solutions.
• Demonstrate entrepreneurial spirit and passion for the subject area (e.g., equine, motorhomes, fine art, marine, etc.).
• Work collaboratively to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
• Provide clients with the best insurance solutions and maintain high levels of client satisfaction.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem‑solving ability and creativity.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and a genuine passion for insurance.
• Previous sales experience is desirable but not required – on‑site training will be provided.
