Transaction Manager
Car Dealership | Middlesex
Salary: £35,000 Basic
On‑Target Earnings: £60,000 TO £80,000 dependant on performance
Hours:
5‑day working week - in every Saturday and every other Sunday with a day off within the week

We are recruiting an experienced Transaction Manager for a flagship franchised car dealership in Middlesex. This is a key role within the sales leadership team, focused on maximising deal profitability, finance penetration, and supporting a high‑performing showroom.
The Role:
Desk and structure vehicle sales to maximise front and back‑end profit
Drive finance, warranty and ancillary product penetration
Support and coach Sales Executives to improve close rates
Ensure FCA compliance and accurate deal documentation
Deliver a first‑class customer experience in a busy, premium showroom
The Ideal Candidate :
Essential:
Proven experience as a Transaction Manager (or similar) within a franchised dealership
Strong understanding of automotive finance and add‑on products
Commercially driven with excellent attention to detail
Confident dealing with customers and senior stakeholders
Highly organised and compliant
