Represent Honda whilst working with the UK’s largest privately owned Honda dealer group Brayleys Cars Limited.

The Role

We are seeking an Assistant Sales Manager to join Brayleys Cars Limited and help to lead our vehicle sales team at our Honda dealership in Ruislip.

This role is offered on a full-time, permanent basis, and offers the opportunity to join a leading regional automotive group whilst representing a one of the world’s leading brands whilst taking your first step on the management ladder.

What does a typical day involve?

• Working alongside the sales manager, managing the team of experienced vehicle sales executives
• Motivating the team to meet sales targets on vehicles and finance and insurance products
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory and brand standards.
• Ensuring that the highest standards of presentation are in place at all times
• Liaising with customers, both face-to-face and by phone/email
• Ensuring customer satisfaction index scores are consistently high
• Handling any customer complaints in an efficient and effective way
• Collating finance proposals for customers

Required Skills and Experience

Previous Honda experience is preferred, although this isn’t essential and full training will be given. In addition to your experience, you will demonstrate the following:

Orpington forms part of our Honda retail network of dealerships in Enfield, St Albans, Hemel Hempstead, Ruislip, Ewell, Leatherhead and Romford, plus two stand-alone aftersales facilities in Grays and Thames Ditton. In addition to our Honda businesses, Brayleys represents KIA, Mazda, Renault and Dacia across a total of 16 sales points throughout the Home Counties, Greater London and The Thames Valley.
