Duties
  • Conduct maintenance, servicing, and warranty repairs on a diverse fleet of approximately 3,000 vehicles including vans, light commercial vehicles, and cars
  • Use diagnostic equipment to identify faults accurately, then repair or replace faulty parts
  • Perform electrical and mechanical repairs using your technical expertise
  • Prepare vehicles for MOT and undertake preventative maintenance tasks
  • Ensure the swift return of customer vehicles, maintaining high standards of customer service
  • Comply with safety and compliance standards in a fast-paced workshop environment
  • Support the team with technical advice and assist in training sessions
Requirements
  • Minimum Level 2 in Motor Vehicle Studies or an equivalent qualification
  • Proven workshop experience as a Vehicle Technician or LCV Technician
  • Strong diagnostic skills and technical knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems
  • Ability to work effectively within a team and deliver quality workmanship
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and training
  • Full UK driving licence
