Vehicle Technician

Duties:

- Conduct maintenance, servicing, and warranty repairs on a diverse fleet of approximately 3,000 vehicles including vans, light commercial vehicles, and cars
- Use diagnostic equipment to identify faults accurately, then repair or replace faulty parts
- Perform electrical and mechanical repairs using your technical expertise
- Prepare vehicles for MOT and undertake preventative maintenance tasks
- Ensure the swift return of customer vehicles, maintaining high standards of customer service
- Comply with safety and compliance standards in a fast-paced workshop environment
- Support the team with technical advice and assist in training sessions

Requirements:

- Minimum Level 2 in Motor Vehicle Studies or an equivalent qualification
- Proven workshop experience as a Vehicle Technician or LCV Technician
- Strong diagnostic skills and technical knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems
- Ability to work effectively within a team and deliver quality workmanship
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and training
- Full UK driving licence
