ZOLL Medical Corporation’s Acute Care Technology division in the UK is seeking a Customer Support Specialist based in Runcorn. You will handle frontline customer interaction, process orders in Oracle, and manage shipment requests and customer questions.
Work with Sales, Business Partners and Operations to ensure accurate order processing, timely responses, and high levels of customer satisfaction while following company procedures and service levels.
