We are looking for a Learning and Development Co-ordinator to join our award‑winning, rapidly expanding organization. The role is full‑time, permanent and based at our head office in Runcorn, Cheshire.
Role OverviewAs a Learning and Development Co‑ordinator, you will create, update and implement training programs that enhance the skills and performance of our new and existing employees. You will foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the organization and help ensure we meet our commitments to excellence.
Benefits- Salary £30,000 per annum.
- Hours of work 09:00 – 17:00, Monday – Friday (36.5 hours per week).

- Support the Training Lead to develop and deliver comprehensive training programs tailored to our debt recovery and litigation teams.
- Create engaging training materials, including e‑learning modules and presentations.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments.
- Maintain an accurate training log and skills matrix with a full audit trail.
- Work collaboratively with the Quality Assurance team to identify skill gaps and provide guidance on improvement opportunities and training needs.
- Conduct horizon scanning, documenting all industry and regulatory changes that impact the organization and its training materials.
- Build collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders to identify departmental training needs.
- Develop new and existing employee training materials to incorporate regulatory and industry changes and ensure compliance with requirements.
- 3+ years of experience in training and development (desirable).
- Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- The ability to work effectively as part of a team, as well as independently.
