Behaviour Mentor
Are you passionate about supporting young people with challenging behavior? We're looking for a committed Behaviour Mentor to work with KS2 students at a Special Educational Needs (SEN) school in Runcorn, Halton.
Location: Runcorn, Halton
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM
Contract: Long‑term role
Term Time Only: Enjoy the school holidays off!

Help Key‑Stage 2 students with ASD, Autism, ADHD, and challenging behavior overcome barriers to learning. - Supportive Environment:

As a Behaviour Mentor you will:
- Provide tailored support for students with challenging behaviour on a 1:1 or group basis.
- Foster a positive, structured, and encouraging learning environment.
- Work closely with teachers and SEN staff to implement behaviour strategies and personalised plans.
As a Behaviour Mentor you will have:
- Experience in supporting students with ASD, Autism, ADHD, or challenging behaviour.
- A calm, patient, and resilient approach to working with children.
- Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
