Are you passionate about supporting young people with challenging behaviour? We're looking for a committed Behaviour Mentor to work with KS2 students at a Special Educational Needs (SEN) school in Runcorn, Halton.

Runcorn, Halton
Hours:

Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM

Responsibilities

Provide tailored support for students with challenging behaviour on a 1:1 or group basis.
Foster a positive, structured, and encouraging learning environment.
Work closely with teachers and SEN staff to implement behaviour strategies and personalised plans.

Qualifications

Experience in supporting students with ASD, Autism, ADHD, or challenging behaviour.
A calm, patient, and resilient approach to working with children.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
