We're looking for a temporary detail-oriented Project Administrator to support manufacturing engineering projects. Your new role
As a Temporary Project Administrator, you'll play a vital role in supporting engineering projects from concept to completion:

Coordinate project schedules, meetings, and documentation for manufacturing projects.
Maintain accurate records of production timelines, budgets, and compliance documentation.
Assist with procurement of materials and liaise with suppliers to ensure timely delivery.
Track project milestones and report progress to project managers and stakeholders.
Prepare and distribute technical documentation, drawings, and quality assurance reports.
Support health and safety compliance and ensure adherence to manufacturing standards.
Act as a communication hub between engineering teams, production staff, and clients.

What you'll need to succeed

Previous experience in project administration within manufacturing or engineering preferred.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail in managing technical documentation.
Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with ERP or project management software.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
Knowledge of manufacturing processes or engineering terminology is advantageous.
