• ReportdirectlytotheUKAestheticsCFOandpartnerwithseniorstakeholdersacrossthebusiness.
• Leadthepreparationofmonthlymanagementaccounts,ensuringaccuracyandtimelyreporting.
• Developandmaintainrobustfinancialmodels,forecastsandscenarioplanningtosupportstrategicdecision-making.
• Forecastfuturefinancialperformanceandmonitorprogressagainstkeybusinessobjectives.
• Leadtheannualbudgetingandreforecastingprocess.
• Analyseactualperformanceagainstbudgetandforecast,providingclearcommentaryonvariancesandrecommendingcorrectiveactions.
• Monitorrevenue,gross margin,operatingexpenditure,EBITDAandotherkeyperformanceindicators
• Manageworkingcapitaleffectively,includingoversightofreceivables,payables,inventoryandcashconversion.
• TaxplanningandtimelyfilingforVAT,PAYEand Business Taxduties ,includingcorporationtax.
• Managetheannualauditprocessandstatutoryreportingrequirements.
• Lead,coachanddevelopthefinanceteamtoensurehighperformanceandcontinuousimprovement
• Driveimprovementsinfinancialsystems,controlsandprocesses.
• Provideaccurateandtimelyfinancialinformationtothe Board,seniorleadershipteamandinvestors.
