We are currently recruiting experienced and reliable Healthcare Assistants to join our team in Runcorn and surrounding areas. This is a full-time position only and is not open to part-time applicants.

As a Healthcare Assistant, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality care and support to service users within healthcare and care settings. You will use your professional skills and experience to provide safe, person-centred care while promoting dignity, respect, and wellbeing at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

• Providing high-quality personal care and support with daily living tasks

• Supporting mobility and transfers, including use of hoists and moving & handling equipment

• Assisting with eating and drinking where required

• Monitoring and reporting changes in service users conditions

• Supporting with repositioning, hygiene, and comfort

• Working collaboratively with nurses, support staff, and healthcare professionals

Requirements:

• Must have the Right to Work in the UK with no working hour restrictions

• Applicants must not be under sponsorship or on a Student Visa due to the full-time hours required for this role

• Minimum 6 months experience working within healthcare or care settings

• Hoist trained and confident with moving & handling procedures

• Must be comfortable delivering personal care

• Ideally a driver with a Full UK Driving Licence and access to a vehicle

• Must be available to work full time this role is not open to part-time workers

• Flexibility to travel across Runcorn and surrounding areas

• Enhanced DBS (can be applied for during registration if required)

Pay Rate:
£12.21 £ 19.50 per hour (depending on client, shift, and location)
