About the RoleThis is a high-profile opportunity to partner with senior leaders and help shape the future of a mission-led healthcare organisation. Supporting our Supply Chain & Operations and Group Commercial functions, you will translate business priorities into people strategies that drive performance, organisational effectiveness, and colleague engagement. Working closely with HR Delivery Managers, Shared Services and Centres of Expertise, you’ll deliver practical and commercially focused people solutions aligned to business priorities.
WhatYou’ll Be Doing
- Partner with senior leaders to develop and deliver people plans that support business objectives.
- Provide expert HR advice at Board Member, Director and Head of Function level.
- Lead organisational change, transformation, and business improvement initiatives.
- Use workforce data and insight to inform decision-making and drive action.
- Support talent, succession, and leadership development activities.
- Lead and develop HR Delivery Managers across the depot network.
- Build effective relationships with recognised trade unions, leading consultation, pay negotiations and wider industrial relations activity.
- Extensive Senior HR Business Partner experience within complex, multi-site organisations.
- Proven success supporting organisational change, transformation, and acquisitions.
- Strong commercial and analytical capability, using people insights to drive business outcomes.
- Experience working with recognised trade unions, including consultation, pay negotiations and industrial relations activity.
- Knowledge of compensation and reward practices, including job evaluation.
- Excellent communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build credibility at all levels.
- CIPD Level 7 qualified, or equivalent experience.
