Senior Employee Relations Advisor
📍 Runcorn | Hybrid Working

We’re supporting a large and fast-paced organisation in the search for an experienced Senior Employee Relations Advisor to join their established HR team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a confident ER professional who enjoys managing complex casework, partnering with stakeholders at all levels, and delivering commercially focused HR solutions in a busy environment.

Working as part of a collaborative HR function, you’ll play a key role in providing expert guidance across a wide range of employee relations matters while helping to drive consistency, compliance, and best practice across the business.

The Role

* Provide expert advice and support on a wide range of complex employee relations matters.

* Manage a high volume of ER casework including disciplinaries, grievances, performance management, absence, and investigations.

* Support with all matters, mediation, and Employment Tribunal preparation.

* Partner with managers and senior stakeholders to deliver pragmatic, commercially focused outcomes.

* Coach and support managers to build confidence and capability in handling ER issues.

* Contribute to policy reviews, process improvements, and wider HR initiatives.

* Deliver training and support across multiple UK locations where required.

About You

* Proven experience in a Senior Employee Relations or ER Specialist role within a fast-paced environment.

* Strong working knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.

* Experience managing complex and high-volume casework independently.

* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

* CIPD Level 5 qualified or equivalent experience.

* Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise effectively in a busy environment.

* Experience using HR systems and Microsoft Office packages.
