What Youll Do :
Maintain clean, safe and welcoming communal areas and outdoor spaces. Carry out cleaning, waste management and sanitisation duties. Complete routine health & safety and compliance checks, reporting any issues identified. Support contractors, residents, meetings and community activities within the scheme. Monitor and report maintenance, security and customer wellbeing concerns. Deliver excellent customer service while promoting dignity and respect at all times.
Weekend working is required as part of this role. What Youll Need:
Experience in cleaning, caretaking or a similar role. Ability to follow procedures accurately and consistently. Good communication and customer service skills. Awareness of health and safety practices. Ability to identify and report issues promptly. Basic IT skills, or willingness to learn Microsoft Teams and mobile technology. Flexibility will berequiredto work across six days, Monday to Saturday, including providing cover for colleagues where necessary.
