Location: Hybrid (Runcorn/Home) with travel to manufacturer and depot sites

Are you ready to lead a dynamic team and shape the future of Pharma Services within Phoenix UK? We’re looking for a Pharma Services Controller to drive growth, profitability, and innovation across multiple channels. Acting as the business owner for the Pharma Services category, you’ll set the strategic direction, deliver exceptional value to manufacturer clients and downstream customers, and ensure our proposition is simple, impactful, and digitally innovative.

This is a high‑profile role where you’ll influence stakeholders at all levels, lead a talented Key Account Management team, and collaborate across the business to deliver outstanding results.

• Lead and Inspire: Manage and develop a team of Senior KAMs, KAMs, and Key Account Executives.
• Drive Growth: Plan and execute trade strategies to deliver sustained year-on-year growth.
• Strategic Leadership: Shape long-term opportunities and deputise for the Director when required.
• Client Excellence: Build strong relationships with manufacturer clients and ensure we’re their first choice.
• Innovation: Simplify implementation through digital solutions and impactful marketing trade plans.
• Performance: Deliver against revenue, EBIT, and KPI targets while identifying new revenue streams.

• 5 years+ of managing a Key Account Team
• Strong leadership and people management experience.
• Exceptional communication and influencing skills – able to engage stakeholders from CEO level to store colleagues.
• Strategic thinker with analytical skills and commercial judgment.
• Proven ability to manage complex B2B relationships and deliver real change through others.
• Experience with pharma data sources (e.g., IQVIA).
• Background in pricing, commercial programmes, and business analysis.
