Housing 21 is seeking a Local Housing Manager for its Retirement Living schemes in Runcorn. You will lead a customer-facing housing and support service with a focus on tenancy sustainment and resident wellbeing, under the guidance of the Operations Manager.
In this role you will ensure safety and engagement with residents and the community, handling diverse daily tasks. CIH qualifications are desirable and commitment to development is valued.
