FLT Counterbalance Driver - Runcorn

Runcorn | £29.42 per hour | temporary work to ensure the company can meet production targets on critical dates over the Christmas period

Acorn by Synergie are looking for a careful, confident FLT Counterbalance Driver to cover specific shifts over the Christmas period for their client, based on Whitehouse Industrial Estate in Runcorn.

Dates and times of shifts

12 hour shifts all breaks paid

The company needs all shifts covering, so any applicants MUST be able to work all four shifts

There will also be some additional shifts prior to these dates for training, those shifts will be paid at a rate of £14.71 per hour

Key Duties

General FLT and production duties.

Ensuring the lines are supplied with the raw materials required to run.

Removal of finished product from the production area to the storage area.

Hygiene duties.

The company operate trucks with double forks so experience using these sort of trucks would be an advantage although not essential as full training is given.

Requirements

You must have a RTITB or ITSSAR counterbalance licence refreshed within the last 3 years.

Experience on the trucks.

Be able to work on your own or as part of a team with minimal supervision.

Have a keen eye for detail, be flexible, practical, hardworking and able to work under own initiative.
