About the Role
We're recruiting for a hands‑on, detail‑driven Precision Assembly Technician to join a technical manufacturing team in a clean and organised lab/workshop environment. You'll be assembling small, intricate mechanical and electronic components used in high‑accuracy engineered products.
If you enjoy fine assembly work, problem‑solving, and working with precision tools, this role will suit you perfectly.
What You'll Be Doing
Assembling small mechanical and electronic components with high precision
Working from technical drawings, build instructions, and assembly procedures
Carrying out functional and basic electrical testing
Recording build data and completing quality documentation accurately
Supporting prototype or one‑off build projects when needed
Maintaining a tidy, safe, and controlled workspace
What We're Looking For
Hands‑on experience in mechanical, electrical, or fine‑component assembly
Strong attention to detail and high levels of manual dexterity
Ability to read technical drawings or follow structured build processes
Comfortable working with small tools, delicate parts, and precision fixtures
A proactive, quality‑focused mindset and eagerness to learn
Any experience with basic electronics or circuitry is a bonus
