The vacancy is a sheet metal worker role and it's a great vacancy for anyone who's positive and works great within a team.

Whitehouse Industrial Estate, Runcorn, WA7

Contract type:
Permanent

Working hours:

4-day working week (Monday to Thursday, 07:00-17:00). There are also part-time options available.

Salary:
To be discussed at interview

• Develop, fabricate, and assemble sheet-metal components using a range of fabrication tools and machinery, including rollers, press brakes, and guillotines.
• Carry out high-quality TIG welding on stainless-steel sheet, mesh, and other metals.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, ensuring accuracy in all manufactured components.
• Work independently with minimal supervision while contributing positively to the wider team environment.
• Complete all required internal and external training to maintain compliance with safety, regulatory, and customer standards.
• Ensure all products meet internal quality standards as well as customer-specific requirements.
• Undertake physical tasks, including lifting, standing for extended periods, and handling heavier materials.

• Trained to Level 3 or equivalent (City & Guilds) in sheet metal fabrication and welding
• Experience in a manufacturing or fabrication role
• Ability to work well within a team and a track record of reliability and delivering high-quality work
• Effective time management skills and ability to prioritise own workload
