Howdens is recruiting an experienced Operations Manager for the Runcorn Manufacturing Site. You will lead a high-performing team to achieve targets across health and safety, quality, cost, delivery and people metrics.
The role reports to the Business Unit Manager and involves developing labour plans, driving continuous improvement, and partnering with Planning/Operations to meet service priorities at an on-site manufacturing site in Runcorn.
