Howdens is seeking an experienced Operations Manager for our Runcorn Manufacturing Site. Reporting to the Business Unit Manager, you will lead a high-performing team to meet health and safety, quality, cost, delivery and people metrics, driving operational excellence and continuous improvement on a FTSE 100-scale site.
You will oversee the flow of materials, develop labour plans, ensure policy adherence, and collaborate with Planning and Operations to deliver service priorities.
