Production/FLT Operative, Manor Park, Runcorn, £13.50 per hour.
This full-time, temporary ongoing role runs Monday to Friday, 08:00-16:00. Working within a well-established manufacturer, you will produce items to exacting quality standards, follow strict safety protocols, and operate both production machinery and forklifts safely.
Duties include checking output for defects, reporting shortages to management, maintaining clean equipment, and supporting workflow improvements. You will also complete required documentation. Prior experience in a similar position is essential. This position suits someone precise, dependable, and comfortable with manual handling.

Our client, a market leader within their field with over 100 years of experience, are currently seeking an experienced Production/FLT Operative to join their team based in Runcorn.
Duties of a Production/FLT Operative:- Manufacture products to a high standard of quality.
- Follow production procedures and safety guidelines, prioritising strict Health and Safety.
- Check and report any quality issues or shortages to the relevant manager.
- Operate Production Machines and FLT's safely in accordance with company processes.
- Keep equipment and work areas clean, tidy and well maintained.
- Support continuous improvement within the production team.
- Complete relevant checks and records as required.
- Promote a strong health and safety culture within the team.
- Carry out any other reasonable duties as required by the Production Manager or Shift Manager.
- Valid, in date FLT Licence (Counterbalance is essential & Reach is preferable.
- Ability to follow processes.
- Excellent communication skills.
